CHAMPIGNONS

There are many types of mushrooms, but the most popular mushrooms on sale are those grown in a controlled environment, available to the consumer on the shelf of their favourite supermarket, every day of the year. We offer a wide range of fresh champignons which we deliver to customers all over Europe.
Working closely with our customers, we strive to better understand their needs in order to develop existing packaging solutions as well as new products.

WHITE CHAMPIGNON

White champignons are available in various sizes from baby size to as large as 100 mm. They are most often and willingly bought both at home and abroad.

BROWN CHAMPIGNON

Brown champignons, like white ones, are available in different sizes from 20 mm to 60 mm. They have a more distinctive taste than white champignons.

PORTOBELLO

The Portobello champignons have abundant, dark brown caps with a visible velvet gill. Their deep, intense taste and aroma make them extremely popular with cooks from all over the world. They taste great when cooked whole or sliced, fried, baked or grilled.

OYSTER MUSHROOM

The oyster mushroom is a very delicate and tender mushroom which is gaining in popularity especially in vegetarian cuisine as a substitute for meat. In addition to its taste, it also has many nutrients.
